Because we didn't stop them.
Because they can. Pure and simple. If your job opening is tailored towards greed, greed is what you get.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
The system is fucked. And everyone knows it.
nice end card
Because their due a kullin
There should be a law that CEOs are not allowed to make more than 50x what their workers are paid on average.
This has still not convinced me that somebody doing so little work should make this much money above the people actually working.
You sir just got a new subscriber
Well, if you want the truth most us industry is completely gone, and all we got left are borderline psuedo monopoly business in their place. Most small businesses that aren't selling luxurary goods are stuck having to run themselves as criminal enterprises now after all.
Why do CEOs make so much money? Because they can. It is a raw power grab. Companies are money conveyor belts designed for the sole purpose to divert as much money as possible into the hands of those who control the conveyor belt.
Exploitation
When this whole thing collapses they will learn the hard way that they contribute nothing to society at all and dont have any useful skills. The world wont be a worse place without CEOs…
This is the power of camera
I like the silly end-card :)
LinkedIn is meritocracy's mid-life crisis.
LinkedIn: Home of hype, bullshit, and self-involvement.
Thats why you unionize
Dan is like if Sonic the Hedgehog were a an average hoe like you and me. I cannot elaborate.
So, what needs to happen? I feel like government regulation, just abridges freedom.
In the UK… “Would you rather take this bonus or…” “Thanks, I’ll take it !” 🤑
Companies got bigger, that's basically it.
The only thing more surprising- He was there for how long?!
lets not forget that warner bros stock price is nearing as low as it was 20 years ago and yet the ceo's salary just keeps rising
sicko here, ty
Please advise how I can get rid of it! LinkedIn is just as bad as Tinder; fake profiles, CVs that are incorrect, no one responds. offers of jobs that are beyond my capabilities. I have two accounts that are both no longer recognized. I need to install the app and create an account. Well byeiiiiiiiii, big thumbs down. There are also complaints about LinkedIn on TrustPilot. American bull. 💩👎Contacting must be done via chat. Well, and it's in your account...
If most of us didn’t live paycheck to paycheck, we could make it a competitive labor market by refusing to work until they increased pay rates.
Seems pretty simple to just say executives can't have more than a certain percentage of their compensation come from stock options and bonuses without being subject to the same tax penalty as salaries
17:49 I love how delayed the censor beep is 😂
The funny thing is that all these uber rich people will be first in line of those expecting us to bail them out when it’s finally all under water.
7:00 this is why i think Elon buying Twitter was a brialliant move,he was getting TOO rich and he is TOO popular so people where up in arms against him like useall
good to see shawn mendes live after a long time 😊
Bruh had to call Warren Buffet for a loan. IFD 💀
I live in brickell, I am from NYC, I am in tech, and this is the funniest most accurate RUclips video I've seen this year.
“Why do CEO’s make so much money?” That’s actually an easy answer. It’s the exact amount of money necessary to get the average educated human to actively ignore as many laws, ethics, and moral codes as they can get away with and all in the name of chasing shareholder profit.
There’s a massive delusion that goes beyond CEO pay. People think that if so-and-so or sports or entertainment industry didn’t get so much money then I would get more money for myself. I don’t think there’s any reason to believe that is true.
It's time for a pay cap and not minimum wage increase.
Am I the only one who thinks its a little racist to assume that people of all these varying racial backgrounds will somehow be unable to find success the more money flows into the city?? Like you're saying they can't be entrepreneurial or successful as ole whitey because... why?? I mean it may be the case that some people are displaced, of all nationalities... this can happen with gentrification, but it's also the case that people who already lived here and owned homes will be having the price of their assets rise dramatically, inflation also means their small businesses can charge more, plus they're in a great place for tax benefits themselves (especially if their biz is financed with old lower interest rate debt, and then inflation is increasing their current cash flow). I don't really get the assumption. Didn't hear any evidence to the contrary in this. I just think people should consider the implications of what they're saying more deeply. I for one do not at all think Cubans are somehow incapable, unwilling, or have any less potential to become wealthy than anyone else moving to the city... and again, if you got there first and bought a home, your valuation is way up. I suppose the TIMING is not that fortuitous because of high interest rates, meaning tapping into that equity is harder without selling your home and choosing to downsize / rent, but you have more customers than ever. I agree better infrastructure can help though, personally I think we need tiny house communities / zoning to pop up all around the nation.
They started making rivers of money so that they remained loyal to the bourgeoisie, putting profits over everything. Eventually, "top CEOs" became part of the bourgeoisie and nothing changed
But Class Warfare isn’t a thing, they promise. 😂
This wouldn't happen in real life. Someone would just want the bonus when it's bigger than their share in the split.
Now think about share holders.
I get why it's possible in the first place in the theoretical level, but goddamn a government agency being *sued* for trying to do their fucking job says a lot about America...
Morning brew huh?
This guy carries a significant amount of Eric Foreman energy.
business
I like to wonder if the economy would be so unliveable if those pay increases went to the workers instead
To manage debts effectively, start by paying off high-interest ones like credit cards to save money. Also, save up an emergency fund for unexpected expenses. Once high-interest debts are paid down and you have savings set aside, consider investing in things like stocks and bonds for long-term growth. This can help you earn more than you pay in interest on remaining debts. Getting advice from a financial advisor can make these steps easier and tailored to your situation.
Investing resources and making good returns is not as easy as it seems, there are a lot of things that aren't well taught in schools. The market crisis gave me my first millions, when people stayed away from hard times I made the most of it..many credits goes to Zachery Micah Demers
Anyone have any idea which assets may be experiencing major growth this new year season? A lot of people have been talking about an upcoming bounce this year and I want to invest before equities recover in the stock market. Is now a good time to buy or not?
One great method to enhance your wealth is by working with a skilled portfolio advisor who can research and experience a wide range of markets. The value of the U.S. dollar clearly has an impact on investing in a variety of ways.
How can I engage with Mr Zachery a lot has been said of him
